Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us here at Nerdy Beavers Den. We take your satisfaction and happiness extremely serious here! We will offer refund or exchanges within the 7 days of receiving your package. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once you have passed the 7 day mark of the package being received.

 

What is eligible for refunds or exchanges?

  • Items received have 7 days to request a refund or exchange on any unused product and/or in the same condition as received. To process the refund, we will need a receipt for proof of purchase. We will ONLY process refunds and/or exchanges for defective or damaged items.
  • If items are damaged or lost while in transit, once we have the approval of the claim with the carrier we will process the replacement; please allow 4-8 days for us to process that replacement shipment. 
  • No refund will be issued for unshipped Pre-Orders nor Wholesale Orders until 10 weeks after placing your order. Please note that all Pre-Orders and Wholesale Orders are allocated with lead time, by purchasing those products you have agreed to the terms of shipping policy. 
  • Custom Orders will only be refunded and/or processed for exchange if for any reason upon receiving package and the contents inside are damaged or defective caused by us here at Nerdy Beavers Den; if for any reason this is the case the buyer has 7 days to file a request through hello@nerdybeaversden.com with the Order Number in the subject and describing the issue with the order (damages, loss or issues). If there were damages while in transit then we will follow up to process a claim.

All items that are damaged, loss of product, or defective that are requested for refund and/or replacement, exchanges must have proof provided such as pictures. 

What is exempt from refunds or exchanges?

  • No items will be replaced or refunded after 7 days receiving the package.  
  • Items returned without notifications sent to hello@nerdybeaversden.com prior to sending back goods. 
  • Gift Cards
  • Items that are not in the original condition outside an error on our part. 
  • Custom Orders will not be offered a refund or exchange, these are made specific to the order request and would not be able to be resold. The only case of potential refunds and/or exchanges in the case of damages or issues with the order upon receiving. All regulations on Custom Orders are stated when agreed on the terms of purchase.
  • No items that were purchases as a clearance can be refunded or returned. All clearance items are final.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order you must request a cancellation before the order has shipped. Send an email to hello@nerdybeaversden.com with the Order Number in the Subject with *CANCELLATION REQUEST* or similar description. Any item that is a Pre-Order or Custom Product cannot be cancelled.
