Shipping policy
Our Order Processing Time
In-Stock Products:
This will include any items that are on hand, ready-to-ship product (will not be marked with pre-order during purchase) will be dropped off at the post office 7-10 days from the date of your purchase.
Pre-Order / Wholesale / Custom Products:
All items marked Pre-Order on the listing and during checkout will have a longer lead time associated as these are made by order and are not regularly stock on hand. This processing time will be 6-9 weeks. We will not offer refunds for unshipped orders until 10 weeks after placing your order for Pre-Orders and Wholesale. There are no refunds accepted on Custom Orders. More details in the Refund Policy section.
For estimated shipping dates, please check your order confirmation email, this is based on the date planned to drop off at post office. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order is ready to ship. By placing an order with us means that you have agreed to these terms and this will be used for payment claims.
Digital Download / Printable Products:
Once payment is confirmed an automatic email will deliver to the email address processed during checkout. This email will contain the DropBox Link to the files that can be downloaded for your purchase. Please ensure you check the expiration or limits on the availability of these purchases. Our Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipment rates will vary according to the shipment weight and destination. This rate is calculated during checkout. This is of course, only the case for physically shipping products.
All shipments are shipped USPS First Class Mail Package however if needed, there will be expeditated options during checkout.

Tracking Information / Order Status
As your order is being processed to be shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Please allow 6-8 additional days for the tracking information to be updated on the carriers website, it will go from Label Created to displaying the tracking information.
- Nerdy Beavers Den is NOT responsible for any lost or delayed items due to any problems that the USPS is facing at that time. Because of this, we do have insurance for our packages which will allow for us to help claim the lost package.
- Nerdy Beavers Den is NOT responsible for lost or delayed items if the name, address, zip code were incorrectly submitted at checkout, nor are these mistakes covered with insurance. Please always double check your shipping information prior to completing the checkout process. If for any reason you need to change your address, contact us at hello@nerdybeaversden.com with your Order Number in the Subject and *ADDRESS CHANGE* so that we can assess the priority. This must be done within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping Insurance
All orders will include shipping insurance. This will cover any packages contents from risks of physical damages and loss from external causes while in transit.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at hello@nerdybeaversden.com with the Order Number in the subject. Please detail as much information as possible for us to look to resolve the situation as we will process the claim.
Once the claim has been approved we will get the replacement processed and sent!

International Orders
Currently we do not offer any international shipping outside of the United States. We are investigating the regulations for Canada and Europe regions currently and will update this section once all information is made clear on what needs to be done to make this happen! We apologize for this.
