Important: Prior to purchasing, please reach out to hello@nerdybeaversden.com to discuss the parameters of your needed request.

• Title the Subject of the request with your First & Last Name with ‘Custom Request’ so we know the priority level.
• In the details, please tell us what exactly you are looking for, interested in, quantity, need by date and any other information that is needed to set up the expectations.
• Please allow at least 24-48 hours for our response, we may also include some additional information or questions that will need to be answered.
• If we both agree that this will be a good fit, we will proceed to ordering your custom design!
• Please note that if any purchase of a custom design is done without this prior conversation, the order will be cancelled.

How it works: Once we have agreed, let’s proceed to the next steps in the process.

• Go to the Shop, add the desired qty and material type to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Once you have completed the purchase, please send the Order Number in our current correspondence. We will respond to that to notify you that we have started the design.
• Please allow 72 hours for us to create a mock-up image for you to review; during this time you can make changes. Once you have approved the mock-up, we will start the printing process.
• Depending on the quantity ordered and need by date, this could take up to 2 weeks to process unless a separate agreement had been discussed prior to purchase.
• We will mail the order and provide tracking!
